Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a professional manufacturer with fully automated production lines, specializing in SPC flooring, WPC wall panels, and other new building materials. All products are produced in-house and undergo strict quality control.

What products do you mainly produce?
We specialize in SPC rigid core flooring, LVT flooring, WPC wall panels, SPC wall panels, accessories, as well as OEM/ODM custom solutions.

Do your products have relevant certifications?
Yes. We can provide certifications such as CE, SGS, FloorScore, ISO9001, and ISO14001 upon request.

How do you control product quality?
We utilize a six-step quality control system, including raw material inspection, extrusion stability testing, UV coating adhesion testing, locking system testing, color inspection, and final pre-shipment inspection.

Can you match colors based on our samples?
Yes. You can send us physical Wall Panel, and our design team can achieve a color matching accuracy rate of 95%–98%.

Do you offer free samples?
Yes, we provide free samples for you to inspect the quality. The customer only needs to cover the shipping cost.

What customization options do you offer?
We support OEM/ODM, including:

Can you customize packaging with our brand?
Yes. We can provide private label design, packaging customization, and marketing support for distributors and brands.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The standard MOQ is 1000-2000 square meters, depending on the design. For new customers, we support flexible MOQs to facilitate trial orders.

What payment methods do you accept?
Our standard payment term is 30% deposit and 70% balance paid against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
We also accept Letters of Credit (L/C) and open accounts for long-term partners.

How long does it take to arrange production?
Production usually takes 25-35 days after receiving the deposit, depending on the order quantity and color selection.

Do you provide assistance with shipping and documentation?
Yes. We can assist you with arranging shipping, handling customs documents, Certificates of Origin / documents issued by Customs, E/F forms, and other export documentation.

How long is the shipping time?
Shipping times are generally as follows:
USA: 15-25 days
Europe: 20-30 days
Southeast Asia: 10-20 days
The exact Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) depends on the shipping company and port schedules.

Which port do you ship from?
We usually ship from Shanghai, Ningbo, or Lianyungang, depending on the product category and production line.
